ISAY AI Quality Pilot — application data notice

What we collect.
If you submit a Pilot request, we collect your name, work email, company name and website, role, your AI workflow stage, a short description of the workflow and what happens when it fails, and your answers about approved source materials, human review and whether redacted samples could be shared later. We also record your agreement to receive messages about this request, the notice/consent versions, submission time, and our application review status and any necessary review notes. The form does not accept uploads. Please do not send customer records, prompts, model outputs, credentials, secrets, payment or health data, government identifiers, or other confidential/production data in free-text fields.
Why and where.
We use this information to assess whether a bounded Pilot is suitable and to respond about this request only. The operational-email checkbox is not consent for unrelated marketing. The form is served through the ISAY website and application details are stored in the ISAY Supabase database; authorized reviewers handle them for qualification. We do not submit application material to an external AI model without your explicit authorization and an agreed handling boundary. This notice does not promise that the information is stored exclusively in one system or one geographic location.
How long.
We review applications at least weekly. If your request does not proceed under a separately agreed Pilot engagement, we review it when it approaches 90 days and delete its application record from our active database no later than 120 days after submission, except where we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute. Deleting an active record does not immediately remove any copies that may remain in provider backups or logs; those copies follow separate retention processes and are not used for ordinary application review. If we proceed with an engagement, we will agree on separate handling and retention terms before collecting additional materials.
Your choices.
Contact support@isay.space to ask about your application information or request correction/deletion. We may ask you to verify that you are the applicant before acting on a request. We will assess the request and explain any applicable legal obligation, dispute or separate Pilot agreement that affects what we can delete.
